Click hereWhen I read your poems there is a celebral joy in the presence of your mind, though some sense of your flesh leaks tantalizingly through the wall of read words. On the other hand, when I hear your voice uttering your words the sensate being becomes more immediate and I glow with the sense of your full-bodied presence.

What I mean to say is that the cerebral sense of the words is enhanced by the sound of your voice to create a different more satisfying experience that engages more of my total being than is the case when I simply read your words. Poetry is so much better when heard and read at the same time. This was really a richly satisfying experence to discover your spoken poems and I am going to return to experience your voice again and again.

I wish you would recite more of your poetry.
I really enjoyed your reading of this poem. "Cinnamon Pearl" -- what a fantastic image.
