At a time in life where Senior seems the most fitting descriptor - I do not respond to "old" - I can look back (and forward) to a life well lived. For the better part of 25 years I worked as a journalist in radio and television, and for another 20 as a journalism professor.
I hold two Degrees: a BA (PoliSci) and a BEd, and an Associate Degree in Adult Education.
I have three daughters and their progeny spread out through Canada and the U-S. I don't get to see them as often as I'd like.
The love of my life was taken by cancer in 2004, and although I've tested the waters a couple of times, nothing has yet proven "warm" enough. But, maybe yet . . . .
I like to think I have a strong feminine sense and have been able to (or have at least attempted to) translate that into my writing. While stumbling and fumbling to find the best "voice," I hopefully will be able to contribute some entertaining tales to these pages.
I will appreciatively welcome any comments on my stories; the good and "other."
