5/18/24: The next release (Ch.14-15) has been submitted to Lit. Revision underway on Chapters 16 and 17.
Regarding Ch.10-11: I've decided to fix the formatting errors in Ch.10-11, once I KNOW for certain how best to fix them. So at some point it won't be horrible. Apologies again.
