Love is love, no matter the form it takes. As long as any two persons are adults and consenting, their relationship is legitimate. I hate bigots who thinks otherwise. I hate them even more if they misuse other peoples sexual orientation for political gains.
By the way, I most often only rate the last part of the story. This rating, however, applies to all parts.
I think my absolute favourite author is JCMcNeilly. Her plots are complex, the characters develops through the course of the story. Not to mention the steaming hot sex scenes. I also enjoy her stories being unfold in a «normal» universe, where there isn’t a clear gay community within which the stories evolve. Rather, they could be anywhere. I would particularly recommend the series «Beautiful». But also all of her other stories are worth reading.
Another favorite is Broken Spokes. Her stories are equally good, but they are more gloomy, although the stories ends well, depending how you define well. Whenever i finish one of her stories, I am basically an emotional wreck. Her series «Hard landing» and «the Journey», well, I just cry and cry… and about that… if you haven’t read it, you should read her essay on «feelings». Being a male, it really taught me a lesson. McNeilly and Spokes, I sincerely hope you produce more stories.
I also follow other authors. The threshold for being followed is high. So there aren’t all that many. If I follow them, I consider them way above average.
Another thing… if my wordings sometimes sometimes appear inappropriate or out of place, please bear in mind that I am not a native speaker of English. Also, being from a nordic country, auto correction often change words. I don’t always discover them.
