Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer. Father of two wonderful young adults. Master diver (PADI). Traveled the world (son born in Italy, daughter born in Scotland). Like to stay in shape: jog, exercise, ride bike, hike, camp, swim, and dive. Some of the physical activities I used to do are not as good as they used to be; can't run as fast, can't throw as far, can't jump as high. But, my stamina has definitely improved. I can keep it up and keep it going. I like to laugh, sing, swim, scuba dive, travel, cook, ride horses, garden, and work with my hands.
