I've been a reader of here for a few years and really enjoy reading. I don't think I would be much use with structural editing itself, but could help noticing issues. My real strength is spelling, grammar, and incorrect word usage like your, you're, to,two,too, etc. I generally read about 3 hrs a day on the site and would be happy to help out where I can. -Richard
