It's gonna rain,
yesterday.
The sky is clear
as it becomes grey.
I feel alone
surrounded by friends.
We've reached the end,
we've reached the end.

Time stands still
as it passes me by.
Laughing out loud
I silently cry.
In all our games
no one can win.
We've reached the end,
we've reached the end.

Souls burn with answers
that they'll never know.
I wander an empty world
with nowhere left to go.
The winter's cold sun
burns my naked skin.
We've reached the end,
we've reached the end.

Sometimes a real home is
nowhere to be found,
and loving hearts shatter
never making a sound.
I'm broken inside
but I will not bend.
We've reached the end,
we've reached the end.
