A need from need
Your eyes
Your body
Leave trailine traces
As leaves leave trees
In lip fig falls
Or my tracing finger
Across your heart
Down and downy
Taught and tawny
Breathing your breathe
dark morning spices
In the cleaving of the evening
While we lay
Locked in clock dances
With short sheets stitched
in the in between us
Folded as boulders
To hide from the rising sun
Until it comes and comes
And cooks us from bedsprings
From you to me
We share it all
With a kiss
