Each flower I knew was blooming for me
And I was not wont to pass honey by,
So I enjoyed the fragrance and beauty
Unfolding before me, gracing my eye.

Each blossom would offer a consequence
That brought out the passion and lust in me.
I touched each bud that gave up its essence
For I was setting their own desires free.

All of them grew as their loveliness glowed,
They reveled happily under the sun.
With each caress the fluids of love flowed,
I held them so close, our bodies were one.

At last I grew weary of dalliance,
With plucking of petals from the garden,
It seemed to me that it lacked salience
And made my heart beat slower and harden.

My search for paradise and relevance
Took me farther afield to distant lands
Where I could seek love and find transcendence
By simply presenting my heart and hands.

Near the slopes of ranges so tall and steep
I found a stunted shrub that needed care
But in my heart I knew she was asleep
My mission was to feed this soul so rare.

So gently I had spread her tender boughs
And watered her with fervor and with zest,
In hopes her growth and ardor I'd arouse
Beneath the stars and moon, as East met West.

Her spirit soared and love became her goal,
As it was mine, I touched each slender limb
To cause a trembling in her deepest soul
And stoked the fire that filled her to the brim.

We spent our days in fervent growth of thirst
For seeking more of what we both could share
Our bodies merged, our senses almost burst
As we made love, I learned that I could care.
