Click hereYou were my last vestige of hope,
of autonomy.
I was to be your pillar
when you need support.
You were to keep me
from forgetting myself.
Burn away the memories.
Forget my touch
that made you shudder.
Forget my words
spoken in truthfulness.
Forget when you told me
"Yours always and forever".
Forget that one time I mattered.
Remember only no one will love you the way I do.
Did.
Do.
