Because i often forget the original job --
The One All important Task !
One or 2 new Probs crop up &
Mine memory puts on a Mask !
It's called high-pressure forgetfulness
But Customers never Forget to ask ---
& in self- Righteous condemnation
These Gents/Ladies love to always bask !
& my colleagues'n peers : their Unholy Glee
