again I let the fire lick my face
again and over, taste that terror light
to dance across what sulphur stains ignite
as sense surrenders, fall to this embrace

a struggling but domesticated brain
run high on holy endorphins and heat
while razor rape is mocking my defeat
and torture tastes like kisses and cocaine

I turn the lever, peak the spikes of pain
but once again, an effort incomplete
to trigger yet another quantum leap

again I pray for bubbles in a vein
a final trojan horse to still the beat
to rinse this heart or let me fall asleep

I scour the void in pandemonic pace
a panic point, a pressure spinning sprite
ignited blood in teasing tickle blight
submerging stalemate sweet in purple haze

so please release this vice and cut me deep
restore my neural hurt and let me weep

This too is perfect; I like the other better. Thank you, Liar!

whatever it is with me ;)

I know how this feels LIar, really and truly, LOVE this stanza-

a struggling but domesticated brain

run high on holy endorphins and heat

while razor rape is mocking my defeat

and torture tastes like kisses and cocaine

someday, my as of yet unborn grandkids will be reading your poems in a nortons anthology, along with a bunch of other poets from here!! and that will be so cool, dont you think? :)

BT!!!

I relate to this one moreso than your other hypersonnet, the mix of modern day issues with classical structure<with a twist> tickles me. The subject matter is something I know by heart, and so you reached deep down inside me with this one. perfect meter, faultless structure.

loved the lines, fuck, I can't pick one, I love all of them.
