Fifty years ago , on the
On the steps of Capitol Hill
Stood a visionary preacher
    Dr. Martin Luther King

Fifty years later on that very day
A Black President was sworn in
At Inaugural ball elite to music did sway
But all remembered Dr Martin Luther King

On the very same Bible
    That belonged to Dr. King
Pres. Obama took his vows
    Angels did hosannas sing

I have a Dream
    Intoned , fifty years ago
Dr.  Martin Luther King
Today  USA dreameth that Dream !
