Withering, brown heart—
Her shine just as bright.
Every woman a flower.
Water, air, sunlight.

Sister shadows loom.
Jealousy, betrayal.
Unseen Clytie longs,
Wilting, shrinking, pale.

Vibrant yellow petals,
Darkened velvet center,
Devoted, radiant—
Following her master.
