Click herethere's poetry in your arms
and in your lips
as you put them to my hair,
my fingers, my cheek,
until i dare to steal a kiss
you're soft against my hands
and hard between my lips
i move to hear you moan
and tease to feel you tense
you pull me back up for a kiss
i can feel you between my thighs
and taste me on your lips
your body demands my cries
then you take them with a kiss
I love the gentle play on two motives: the senses and opposites. You create a sense of foreplay in the poem. Delicate and sensual.
Sensuous, rather than erotic ... and in my books, that's the way to go with "this type" of poetry. Gets me "interested" in what's happening here, if you know what I mean. Truly lovely, creamy, delightful. Thanks for the read.
