in honor of Lord Ganesha... lover of 'bodhi' (intelligence,) known as 'the great red one' in the monastic tradition of ancient Tibet.... revered in Nepal among the Buddhist sect known as 'the Ganapati.'

in the mountain air of
Nepal... the mountains ring with
soft samanha song

mystic arias
of ancient memes, orange robes
and red poppy dreams...

the lulling progress
of renaissance, as Ganesh
places mammoth feet

lovely, i liked the "mammoth feet" line. Ganesh is the most intriguing of the Buddhist spiritual figures in my view.

Very nice

I enjoyed this - the middle haiku stands out to me, like a peak reached. But they all fit together beautifully.
