SECRET PLAY

My secret lover
Hides in plain sight
Never letting out
Our schemes and plights

Ever longing and hoping
Watching and waiting
Looking and searching
For a moment we can sneak away

Often wearing less
In hopes of touching more
Dreaming of special times
When moments mean more.

When the slightest look, touch
When the slightest kiss, caress
When the sweetest words and songs,
Remind us of each other.

I search for you in plain sight
I find you standing
You turn and our eyes connect
We nod to each other.

We walk pass
Lightly our hands touch.
I whisper your turn
We start again tomorrow.

Our secret play begins again.
