At the head of my great bed
Cords of a different kind
They do not trap your body
But they can hold your mind

I lift your arm above your head
and wrap a soft smooth wrist
No knots are needed in my bed
Secured with just a twist

Your other arm cannot escape
I treat it just the same
As real as you would like it
Or perhaps to you a game

I can give you what you want
or maybe what you need
I can give it willingly
Or you might have to plead

With you under my control
Just think what I might do
So please tell Jake a secret
And I'll write a poem for you
