An affectionate friendship?
Why, that is so strange.
Chaste kisses on my forehead.
Why not my lips?

This love is new.
Females are simply conquests for sex,
or are they?

Teach me friend,
teach me there is more
to love than
tempting flesh,
amusing breasts,
molesting quests, and

confusing tests.

Teach me this love.
It is a stranger
in the darkened sleep
that now awakens.
