Wrapped up and hidden
under the covers
he asked why it was a fight

his body curled into mine
shaking

thats how they love-
some people.
not me, tho

I'm not gonna love
cuz its too loud
it hurts my ears

wrapped up and hidden
under the covers
she asked
why do you sleep with
such a grim smile?

my body curled around his
shaking

maybe you'll feel better
when you're five.
