The Guitar Kid strums so loud
Makes sure everyone hears his sound
Practices all day, as hard as he can
Some day he wants to be the man
Rock and Roll he plays on a great big stage
Millions of dollars will be his wage
The people will cheer the people shout
Playing his guitar is what it’s all about
He tried so hard that’s just what he did
The story of my son, The Guitar Kid

Dad's looking on as his son drives all to distraction and beyond. Hope reigns that perhaps one day all that sound will pay off...

High Hopes.

Was there ever a kid learning to play the guitar that didn't dream the impossible dream and refuses to abandon it. This rendering has a special meaning. I loved illustration of the guitar. Looks a bit like a Fender Stratocaster. Ah...Father's kids.
