Tired and tried and tried again
Waiting out close line weight
Of our wait, wait and see
Layers under layers of heavy earth
Buried needs pushing through
Turn stirring soil as seasoned seasons
Steadfast passion is an unshakable thing
Tulips bud, blossom and bloom
Late breaking earth and sod
Parting to let reaching parts through
In insistent instant secrets
Forcing fingers raw green
Learning to reach for light
Warmth of heart hearthy hours
Rewarded with the liquor of your smile
touch clinging to my lips

Yearny tulips needs must learn
To open not too wide
As in surprise of the oncoming day
Or be stranded in fallen darkness
Bewildered in the wilding night
Left alone and far afield
Retrain restrain these those moments of joy
Hearts releash on life in life and love
So wait and see wait and see
What is bound to come of it
Love for your own love
Blooms as in your blooming smile
An apperatif to pleasure
Measured in these moments
As large as your out stretched hand
