She really couldn't say how it would feel
To have a hand across her mouth when fucked:
The idea certainly has some appeal,
As if a new virginity was plucked;

Diversions of this sort are opportune
To distract from the hum-drum of a life
Which she would not give up; and, so, each swoon
Is guarded: it must never cause real strife;

She'd rather lock the door and simply dream
Of the chance that a hand could be in place,
When she is in her bedroom and her screen
Is flickering at an insistent pace;

Yes, all this might be done to her today
But, why it feels good, she cannot say.
