Hard faces and hidden faces
Eyes made of nails
An empty smile waiting here
Teeth in lips deep

Rictus grin and reckless grin
And devouring all
A spider smile for the mean
Simple eyes wide

Closed eye and closeted eye
Ears of fiberglass
Secret sights everyone sees
Hungry gnashing

Red cheeks and rigid cheeks
Lip made of steel
Mask of iron to hold all fast
Unyielding unto it
