Maybe Sylvia want cat to dance every day in Sylvia's study for one hour, while Sylvia is painting. I recall Sylvia thought cat to be a little too big, maybe daily weighing sessions under Sylvia's sharp eye.
I look forward to next chapter and how Rebecca will fit into the household.
