Click hereCarol moved out and quit working for us this year. She lives on a ranch about thirty miles outside Santa Barbara. Her man is the foreman on the ranch. I like him and I think he likes me. We don't share. She's going have a baby in a couple months. The baby won't look like me.
After the baby's born Donna and I are going to three different cities so I can learn to make BBQ in three different styles. Come by next year and have some ribs.
I encourage votes and comments; especially comments intended to assist me in improving as an author. Attacks on my morality, belief systems or sexual orientation won't work. I've had many years of that from a professionally hostile ex-wife. Thank you for reading.
Very nice story, Scorpio, thanks for posting it. I was surprised he didn’t call one of his vice cop buddies and have Tina busted for hooking. But then if he did I guess he wouldn’t have gotten his hands on two-thirds of the money she made from hooking. I was also surprised that she actually gave up that money that easily.
Nevertheless, a great story, thanks again for it.
5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I liked the story, but to be honest, what guaranteed the 5th star was the statement at the end about you being attacked and harassed by "a professionally hostile ex-wife" !!
Very nicely done, and a fun read.
Thanks for writing.
nobody died, nobody got half beaten to death . it was actually pretty civilized compared to some of the btb stories i've read . if the ex wife had that much money in the bank she was either busy ALL the time or had been at it a LONG time .
Over the top? Sure.
Fun? Definitely.
I believe a few people here appear to be of the opinion that LW stories can’t be fun, they can only be uber-serious. Well, they are wrong. There is a place for both styles. As Vandemonium says, “now lighten up”. Good story, Scorpio.
