This story could go in a number of categories. There isn't a lot of sex. Thanks to my editors, LadyCibelle and Techsan, for making my stories a much better read.

Since court shows seem to interest people, I thought I'd be Judge DG Hear. This is a totally fictitious account of a story I made up. Let me know what you think and I'll see if the Judge has any more cases on his docket. It is a tongue in cheek story; just writing something a little different than my usual fare.

Bailiff Jane Doyle says, "All rise for Judge DG Hear; plaintiffs and defendant, please remain standing. All others in the court room please be seated."

"Judge, this is case #247 Snyder and Snyder vs. Brown."

"Thank you, Jane, we have quite a case here. Let me give a quick review."

"Mrs. April Snyder, you are charging Mr. Bruce Brown with ruining your marriage and want five-thousand dollars in damages; is that correct?"

"Yes, Judge DG."

"Mr. Snyder, as I understand it, you are charging Mr. Brown with alienation of affection from your soon to be ex-wife, whom is Mrs. Snyder, who is standing next to you. Also, you're are charging him with drugging both you and your wife, and he is responsible for your wife getting pregnant. You also want five thousand dollars for ruining your marriage. Is that pretty much your case?"

"It is, your Honor. I want to say that..."

"Mr. Snyder, you will have plenty of time to tell us your story. I run a tight courtroom. I'll ask the questions and you will answer them."

"Sorry, your Honor. I just wanted to say I could only sue him for five thousand because of the state limits."

"Now Mr. Brown, of course you deny all these charges and have a counter-claim against Mr. Snyder for five-thousand dollars for damaging your truck with a tire iron. Is that correct?"

"Yes, it is, Judge, and I have the pictures to prove the damage."

"I'll look at your pictures when we get to the counter-suit. Right now, I want to hear how this suit came about. I'll start with you, Mr. Brown. Tell me how you know the plaintiffs, and why would they accuse you of ruining their marriage."

"To begin, your Honor, April, or Mrs. Snyder if you prefer is my ex-girlfriend. We lived together two years prior to her being with Mark."

"It that true, Mrs. Snyder? Were you and the defendant close friends at one time?"

"Yes, Judge DG, until he kicked me out."

"Mr. Brown, explain to the court why you and Mrs. Snyder separated."

"She cheated on me, your Honor. She cheated on me with Mark, who was my friend at the time."

"Please explain, Mr. Brown."

"Judge, Mark and I are both loggers. We have always worked hard and played hard. Every year our employer celebrates Earth Day and gives his employees the day off. Believe it or not, we really do care about the environment regardless of what you hear about loggers.

"Every Earth Day I throw a big bash at my place. I live in a log home out in the country. I invite all my logger friends to come up and party, and spend the night. They bring campers, vans and tents and most usually spend the night. I supply the beer and most of the eats. We roast a hog and I even get a band in to play for us. I usually have upward of fifty people out to celebrate.

"Two years ago, it was late in the evening or even early morning, when I came in from outside and there was April and Mark in a lovers' embrace on my couch."

"That's not true, your Honor," screamed out April. "We were just kidding around."

"He had his hands in your pants! What do you call it?" Bruce screamed back.

Jane walked up to April and told her to just be quiet. She would have a chance to give her side of the story.

"Okay, Mrs. Snyder, tell me what you were doing. Did Mark in fact have his hand down your pants or is Mr. Brown lying?" I asked.

"Well, Judge, I guess he did have his hand there but he didn't mean anything by it. We were just kidding around like we often do," spoke April.

"So you often let him kid with you by feeling you up, Mrs. Snyder?" I asked.

"No, I didn't mean that. We were just friends. We were just having fun," she said.

"So what happened when Mr. Brown caught you two playing around as you put it?"

"He told us to get out of his house. He reared back like he was going to hit Mark but he didn't do it. He just said, 'get the' ... am I allowed to swear in court, sir?"

"Only if you are repeating exactly what he said."

"He said, 'Get the fuck out of my house before I kick both your asses. I never want to see you again.' I asked him about my stuff and he said I could come back the next day and get it when he didn't have to look at my ugly cheating ass. It's what he said to me, Judge. I told him I didn't do anything wrong but he didn't believe me."

"So, where did you go that late at night, Mrs. Snyder?"

"Mark got up and told me I could go home with him. If it wasn't for Mark I'd have been out on the streets."

"If it wasn't for Mark having his hands in your pants you would have had a home," said Bruce.

Jane looked over at Mr. Brown. "That's enough speaking out of turn. If you persist, you'll be held in contempt."

"Sorry, Judge; I just get pissed when I think about it," replied Mr. Brown.

"Go on, Mrs. Snyder. Did you go back and get your things?"

"Yes, the next day. Mark told me I could stay with him till I found another place to stay."

"Is it the way that you saw it, Mr. Snyder?" I asked.

"That was pretty much what happened, Judge. The only thing that April left out, which I feel is very important, is Bruce telling us that someday he would get even with us. I believe he kept his revengeful promise against us till the following year."

"I read it in your statement, Mr. Snyder, but please repeat it for the record."

"We hadn't talked to Bruce - Mr. Brown - for almost a year. We had gotten married after April had lived with me for a couple of months. Then one day, out of the blue, he called and invited us to the Earth Day celebration last year. April wanted to go but I knew better. I knew Bruce had something up his sleeve. He always has to have his revenge. We should have never gone but April convinced me otherwise," said Mr. Snyder.

"Is it true what Mr. Snyder said, Mr. Brown? Did you invite them to your Earth Day celebration last year? Even after the so-called "betrayal" the year before.

"Yes, Sir. You see, I have all the loggers and their friends and wives come every year. I had a new girlfriend and she told me that since Mark and April had gotten married during the year that I should let bygones be bygones and invite them. After all, we did work for the same company even though in different units.

"So I called April one day and invited them both to my party. They came and brought along a pretty good size tent to sleep in. Of course, I was glad to see them come."

"Okay, Mr. Snyder, why don't you tell us what happened at the party."

"As I said Judge, I didn't totally trust Bruce but I tried to think that maybe he really was trying to be nice. All night long, he kept bringing us beers to drink. It's why now I think back and figured he was spiking them with GHB or some kind of sleeping drugs."

"How did he serve the beer, Mr. Snyder?"

"Plastic glasses, he always bought kegs and used plastic glasses that he could throw away afterwards. I've been going to his parties for years. I think he was slipping a little bit of drugs in April's and my beer. I also think he made mine stronger so that I would sleep through the night. There is a good chance he did slip an aphrodisiac into April's drink too."

"Did you or anyone else see Mr. Brown put anything in your drinks, Mr. Snyder?"

"No, Judge; but I've known Bruce my whole life and I swear he did it. It was his plan to get even with me for taking his girlfriend."

Mr. Brown raised his hand; I gave him a chance to speak. "Judge, I do admit to saying I would get even with him the year before; after all he stole my girlfriend. But, now I have a new woman in my life. Justine and I have been together for a while now and are quite happy."

"Is that the lady seated next to you, Mr. Brown?" I asked.

April yelled out, "That slut's no lady!" The woman stood up to yell back when my bailiff, Jane, told April that the next time she yelled out in court, she would be held in contempt and told the woman Justine to sit back down.

Damn, Jane is one hell of a good bailiff and besides being smart, and good looking, she has a nice ass. Shit, I shouldn't be telling you my thoughts. It has nothing to do with this case.

"Go ahead, Mr. Brown, continue. I would like to know if you had drugs of any kind at your party."

"Judge, I don't do drugs and never have. If there were any drugs at my party, I wasn't aware of it. My guests could have brought their own. As I mentioned earlier, I just supplied the beer. I was nice and trying to make amends with April and Bruce and, yes, I did bring them a number of beers. They also got their own sometimes if I recall."

"Mr. Snyder, please explain what happened later in the evenings. It's the backbone of your accusations in the case against Mr. Brown.

"April and I were having a good time, but we were getting tired very quickly, which is unusual for us. We usually drink a lot more but it seems that on that evening we got tired sooner. I know it's because of the drugs that Bruce put in our beer. Anyway, we decided to go to our tent around midnight. Next thing I knew I was fast asleep and didn't wake till morning.

"The next morning April told me what a tiger in bed I had been and it had been the best sex ever. At the time, I didn't want to tell her that I was so drunk that I didn't remember a damn thing. We both sleep naked, so I believed her. In one sense, I felt proud but in the other, I had no memory of it.

"It was three months later when April came home with the news that she was pregnant. We've been trying for a kid for a while now. We were both ecstatic that it was finally going to happen. She was very careful with her pregnancy. She stopped drinking and ate all the correct foods. Our family and friends were so happy for us.

"I even called Bruce and told him the good news. I remember him saying that was around the time of the Earth Day party and he congratulated us, the bastard!"

"That wasn't necessary, Mr. Snyder. Using profane language in court is not tolerated unless you are repeating something that was said to you. Do I make myself clear?"

"Sorry, Judge DG, it just aggravates me so much when I think of him probably smirking on the other end of the phone when I told him of April's pregnancy."

"Okay, Mr. Snyder, go ahead with your testimony."

"Well, it was time to deliver the baby and I left work to get to the hospital. I was in April's room helping to deliver the baby when we, the doctor and me, noticed the baby was black. Not maybe black but as dark as the ace of spades. I was shocked. I started calling April all kind of names which I won't repeat here. She was crying profusely saying that she didn't have sex with anyone but me. I had to leave the hospital before I did something stupid.

"I walked past our family members and didn't say a word to anyone. I went to the bar and started drinking. I really didn't think that April would cheat on me but the baby was black."

"Mr. Snyder, Mr. Brown is a white male also. How can you accuse him for your wife having a black baby?"

"Well, Judge DG, the company we work for doesn't have a lot of people of color working there. There are a few Latinos and men from other countries but not really blacks. There were three at least that I noticed at the party. I figured they were invited to the party by Bruce so he could get that revenge on us."

"Mr. Brown, did you have any Afro-Americans at your Earth Day party?"

"Yes, Judge, I did. As I mentioned, I invited all the people that I work with. There were three young black men who were working during spring break with us. Of course, I invited them to the party. In fact if I remember correctly, two of them brought dates."

"What are their names and where do they live, Mr. Brown?"

"I just knew them by their first names. They were Tom, Terrance and Tyrone. I remember calling them the three T's. They only worked about a month before going back east somewhere to college. I have no idea where they're from; maybe April or Mark can try contacting them through our employer but I don't have any information other than three guys that worked with us for a short period."

"So, Mr. Snyder, what do you think happened here?"

"I think Bruce hired these three black guys to have sex with my wife as revenge and her getting pregnant was just icing on his cake. He drugged her so she wouldn't realize what happened and gave me enough drugs to be out for the entire time."

"When did you come up with the idea that he planned this revenge, Mr. Snyder?"

"After I saw the black baby, I freaked out. I believed April told me the truth and the next day I went back to the hospital to compare thoughts and that's when we figured out what that pric... I mean Bruce did."

"Mrs. Snyder, let me hear your version of what happened the night of that Earth Day party."

"Pretty much like Mark said. We drank beer most of the night and it was usually brought to us by Bruce."

"Did you notice the black men at all during the evening?"

"Yes, they would smile at me but it was a party. I really didn't talk to them other than saying 'nice party', or glad to meet you. They looked like they might have been in their early twenties. I did notice that they would smile at me at lot during the evening. I didn't say anything to Mark because no one was doing anything wrong."

"So what happened after you and your husband went to your tent?"

"As Mark told you, we were naked and I got under the covers and went to sleep. I was in a real heavy daze when I felt someone, who I thought to be Mark, rubbing my body. It felt so good, I thought that I was dreaming at first. I remember coming and screaming out. It felt so good. It wasn't long before I was entered again. I could hardly believe Mark was up again, but I let myself go."

"At anytime at all do you remember seeing faces or hearing voices, Mrs. Snyder?"

"Not really. It was dark and I felt like I was dreaming. Especially when Mark mounted me for what I thought was the third time. I think I just curled up next to him and went to sleep afterwards. As I say, I was like in a fog the whole time."

"Did you discuss your sexual activity with him the next day?"

"Oh, yes, I told him how much I loved him and how good it felt. I really did believe it was him. I was so out of it."

"How did he respond to you the next day? Did he say he didn't remember anything or that he slept through it all? Did he give you any sign at all that it wasn't him, Mrs. Snyder?"

"No, not till the day after the baby was born. That was when he told me he didn't remember anything. It had to be the day that Bruce set us up. Honest, Judge DG; I didn't have sex with anyone but my husband since we've been married. At least that I was aware of. Now it's ending our marriage. Bruce got the revenge he wanted."

"Why would your marriage be over? If you felt you were drugged and your husband felt you were drugged, why would you get divorced?"

"Can I answer that Judge?" said Mr. Snyder.

"Please do," I said.

"It's the baby. I'm not going to raise someone else's black baby. I just can't do it. Everyone's laughing at me behind my back now. I told April if she gave up the baby for adoption that we could move away and stay married. I just can't accept the kid. Maybe I'm a horrible person but I'm not raising the kid. I know it's not mine and I can't pretend that it is.

"Mr. Snyder, you haven't showed me any proof that Mr. Brown is at fault here. If the baby had his DNA or he took part in molesting your wife, it could be some evidence, but you have nothing."

"He probably did dip his wick, Judge," said Mr. Snyder.

Justine McCoy raised her hand and asked to speak.

"What is it, Ms. McCoy?" I asked.

She stood up and spoke. "Bruce was never with April that night, Judge."

"I thought you said you were working the midnight shift at the hotel in town and weren't at the Earth Day party, Ms. McCoy. That's what you put in your deposition to the court."

"I wasn't home until seven in the morning but about three in the morning Bruce came to the hotel. He told me it was quiet at the ranch and he was horny, so he came to see me. At that time of the morning, it's very quiet at the hotel. Bruce and I went into the office and had sex. I remember we did it twice.

"He then slept in my chair till it was time for me to leave and he drove me home. By that time, he was ready again. There is no way he had sex with anyone at that party and made love to me the way he did."

Mark spoke next. "Judge, I've known Bruce my whole life. When he says he's going to go through with something he always does. I can give you a perfect example."

"I'd like to hear this example of yours, Mr. Snyder. It may say something about Mr. Brown's character."

"Well, Judge, about four years ago Bruce had loaned a guy some money and Bruce told him he wanted his money or he was going to take the interest out of the man's wife's ass. He went over every week and had sex with the woman as interest until the loan was paid off."

"Is this story true, Mr. Brown?"

"Yes, Judge, it is but Mark left out some very important information. The couple were swingers and the woman was a very willing participant. In fact, one time Mark came with me and screwed the woman also.

I looked over at Mr. Snyder who was looking down at the moment. He was caught like a deer in the headlights. I looked over at Ms. McCoy and asked her. "Did you know that your boyfriend, Bruce, was that type of man that would have sex with another man's wife as interest on a debt?"

Justine answered, "Yes, Judge, I knew all about it. I was that woman but I don't swing anymore since I've been with Bruce. I got divorced and started dating Bruce."

I couldn't believe the nut jobs I got in my court. I looked over and heard April telling Mark that she never knew that he slept with that slut, meaning Justine. April wanted to say more but she got a dirty look from Jane and decided to be quiet.

I decided to ask about the counter suit. "Mr. Brown, in your counter-suit you claim that Mr. Snyder beat your truck with a tire iron and you only had liability insurance and you want him to pay for the damages; is that correct?"

"Yes, Judge, here are pictures of my truck after he beat on it. I also have a witness."

"Jane, would you be so kind as to retrieve the photos for me?" I loved watching her walk. She might have had on slacks but she had one of those small, tiny, tight looking butts.

"Who is your witness, Mr. Brown?" I asked.

"Jim Smalley. He's one of the log rollers in our company. He's out in the lobby; he's the one that told me he saw Mark with the tire iron."

"Jane, would you go get Mr. Smalley and ask him to come in please." Damn, I got to watch her butt again.

Jane got Mr. Smalley and swore him in to tell the truth.

"Mr. Smalley, did you see Mark Snyder beat on Bruce Brown's truck?"

"I did, sir. It was two days after the Snyder's baby was born. Everyone was in the woods cutting down trees. I had to take a dump and I came back to camp where we had the Port-a-Potties. It was also where we parked our vehicles."

"So what exactly did you see?"

"I heard a banging noise and, as I came out of the Port-a-Pot, I saw Mark banging away on Bruce's truck. He kept hitting it and breaking all the windows. I stood back so he didn't see me. He was mad, I mean really mad and was taking it out on the truck."

"What happened next?"

"After he left - he was working at another site away from our job - I went out and told Bruce. He was pissed too when he saw it. He called the sheriff to file a report but didn't tell them that Mark did it. He told me not to say anything either, so I didn't until now."
