A quick, fun story, but...Halloween really doesn't figure in, there could have been any kind of party going on downstairs. For the contest, afraid I have to dock you a point.

Where's the Halloween?

I liked this story although it was quite short, but it has almost nothing to do with Halloween so I can't give it a perfect score.
