I've hurt! I've been hurt! The latter is easier to abide. I can forgive. The former hurts more. I need to be forgiven. It does not happen. That is the ache to make me wiser and the one that never goes away. A poem to remember! Well done. Five stars.

That is so sad but true.

Insightful. If we are to heal we need to let go of that "rock" as the Zen parable goes. We need to grow and move on. Its how we mend ourselves.
