More complex simplicity. I can't fathom it but I don't think I need to, it conjures up enough imagery to want to go with it.

it took me four reads and i got it, thanks to the unusual language. utterly beautiful.

technically, i was torn between wanting punctuation added in and leaving it out. and then i realised, leaving it out gave me open boundaries, adding it in would lose something from the poem.

thank you for sharing this poem and for giving me much to think about.

WOW, how nice to see it dawned on someone. And, yeh Bog, you can't get it, even the rose has a tendency to disappear.
