I am new to this kind of story, but I love it. I love the way the two are love struck with each other and how they deal with it. It would be nice to have a follow up story about how Samantha decides to forgo the final surgery so she can continue having sex with Kelly. Kelly and Samantha moving in together and becoming a couple and maybe even marrying and having a family. Good clean writing...
