Must Admit That I've Been...

...Vacillating on this story, sometimes its so real and I can jump right into it, other times its just a little 'off'. Perhaps that its trying for a couple different goals? Seems it's a Bio, but it also has an analytic quality. The Doctor's interactions had me feeling like it was trying for more, I would like to have seen Sara's life pulled back into focus, she touched on a couple areas, but wow... this is how Doctor's are treating their Adult GD patients today? Gulp... well, not a conversation for here. Sara seems to be lucky in that she could jump into her female self without the help of estrogen and HRT, now to also have a Mom so easily transitioned along with her new daughter... is that a 'wee' bit of jealousy I'm feelin? A couple chapters back, the male friend being freaked out by the changes? That was great, as I hated ending up in some old watering hole (restaurant/bar)... for work and other reasons you do... and then running into friends that you knew from kindergarten. You want to talk to them, and typically it would happen waiting in line for a table, you spot them in line and they are staring... then you hear "<Male Name>... is that..." and your empty stomach starts twisting around... and its DAMNED hard to run in heels... as if that would help. So you turn and deal with them, guide them someplace, anyplace away from where everyone overhears you explain your transition history <sigh>...

I think a lot of the story I might have expected to happen towards the end was shown early on, and now a lot of what I would have expected to see in the beginning is just now popping up. Trying to go with it, because it has so many great parts, learning and/or trying to learn how to deal with her BDSM needs has been enlightening. It fits with many other Bi TSs I've met over the years, it really is an interesting read, and its been a welcoming story for me, thanks for sharing it. Always 5* Cheers! --- Josie
