Tense, Grammer and sequence all need some attention. Reading your work aloud will help to locate these blips. I have seen a suggestion that you record your written words, as written. Then watching your transcript listen to what you have recorded.

BTW, thrust is a more appropriate word than thrusted, trust me on that one.
