Imaginative and well written, leaving the reader anticipating coming events. The psychology of each of the main characters is intriguing, playing on the difference between fantasy and reality. Can't wait for the next go-round.

Lighthearted entertaining read

Interesting, but you need to remember that this is short story form

1. Don’t get caught up in the pointless details. We don’t need to know about the cars and landscaping and whatnot. Tell us what’s happening between scenes, but leave out the detailed account.

2. This is written to be read. What I mean is, is readers remember what’s happened, even if new characters in the story need to be filled in. Don’t have your protagonist repeat the central contention over and over.

Why would anyone promise to get back with this slut? She is going to fuck everything in sight. Gave it a 3 to start it may drop from there.

I will keep on reading even though I don't see why he would tell us up front it is a RAAC story. I don't need a BTB but again not sure after what she said and how she acts why he would feel the need to take her back at all costs. And the way this is written it is not a true RAAC. I mean he is divorcing her and giving himself the option to remarry if he feels like it. So there is forgiveness but he is not crying over any loss. I also usually disagree with the living together concept but her in the USA where I am housing is really high cost so even if I sold my paid for home and had to split the cost anything I buy would result in a huge mortgage. Renting is not available. There are waiting lists about a year long if you can find something. So unless family takes us in we would be shacking up for the six months to year

I liked it, but felt it was cut off kind of short. Maybe part 2 will get better. As it was, she was trying to get more action than they had agreed to (pushing the gray areas).

I forgot this was part one, so I gave it a low score because of the lack of an ending. I'm still not happy about waiting for part two.

5 stars for the writing. The story arc really doesn't strike a chord. Were I the husband, at the first mention of an adventure, I would hand her a compass and a map and tell her to plot out a course for the adventure that takes her permanently out of my sight. Yes, I know, terribly unsympathetic and inattentive to a spouses needs, but it is what it is.

She broke the deal twice and he said next time he would file . She feels or now knows he’s not divorcing her. That first night of text and next morning my wife said she wanted a six month separation to date and fuck other guys would be the day I just walked away . I’d ignore her start to separate all money and financial bank account matters , put house on the market , cancel all credit cards change all life insurance, beneficiaries , separate car insurance policies, cell phones then when all in place server her and have a small Apt. taking what I want putting rest in storage but after legal separation waiting for divorce. I’d humor her telling her to agree to all with getting back most likely after six months after divorce. I’d never get back with her . Even with that in place the PI would be hired for as much pics and video as he could get and I’d share that with everyone we both know

The scene with her parents exposed how truly stupid she is. It must be exhausting to deal with that every day. That alone should have made him accelerate the plan and drop the getting back together.

This is really fun. It is a complete fantasy, but what the husband comes up with is a hoot. I love it!

Fun story but I can't see giving her that option.... Unless it was too get a better deal than half with some hope of reconciliation and remarriage that was as true as her vows to forsake all others...

He continually characterized his wife's thinking as "dittzy" Then he sets up a six month separation in which he clearly hopes she will come to her senses. What in the world makes him think this dittzy woman is going to come to her senses ? Given that this woman tells her husband she wants what is essentially an open marriage without thinking through what this really means and then not understanding what their separation agreement really means for her quality of life confirms that she really is a dittz. Why he wants to hold on to this after learning that there are other women out there who want him is not clear to me. Sounds like the husband is a bit of a dittz himself.

Unique attack on an age old problem. Fun to read about it in a story rather than from a friend.
