This new series plays to your strength of combining accurate historical fact with delightful erotic fiction.

It doesn't matter that the storyline is broadly predictable. Anna von Kleev had arguably the best life of all of Henry the Dick's (I mean Henry the Eight's) wives, having to deal with him for only 6 months (and perhaps not having to deal with his dick at all) and then far outliving him while being well taken care of financially.

There is plenty of room for surprises in the way her erotic adventures are imagined, how the resourceful Philippa will make sure that Anna's life is going to be a very happy one indeed.

You return with an intriguing storyline. I have long speculated on the sexuality of Anne of Cleves and also wondered why the split from Henry was so amicable. I doubt that Queen Anne was quite so submissive as you describe but it makes for a good storyline. Five well deserved stars and I move straight to reading Part Two.

Very Curious of the Story time-Line.

Dear Pixie,

I am so happy that you're feeling well enough to write again.

I like the story concept with Anna and of course her submission to Pippa.

However, I am curious if this story will lead us to the origin of the Church of England and of course numerous female sexual encounters.

I love the way you capture the sense of epoch without using archaic language. The intelligent servant leading the naive and malleable lady. The dominance is gentle and a compelling.
