Good start, but please run your work past an editor/proofreader to catch the simple stuff-like missing words.

I thorough enjoy indepth and breath character development. Likewise, I like to know the background of the plot/subplots. Finally, I enjoy reading an author who knows how to use the English language and resorts to the use of gutter slang only when the stories requirers "reality" in conversation. The start of this series meets all the preceding. Hopefully, the author has the skill to continue this style to the end of the series. 5 star start.
