The action he is taking is completely inconsistent with a "smart" lawyer. There is absolutely no reason to negotiate with his wife. He has little assets that she can get her hands on so money is not an issue. Just expose her as a whore. The courts are not going to give the kids to a whore vs. an upstanding and well to do father. This was all over before it even began. She is compulsive about her activities so it should be easy to show recent continuous whoring. She is a slut loser. He gets everything he wants.
