I think some people will be disappointed there isn't more steamy sex in this long story. But it is perfectly placed in this category, and is believable! Is a sequel planned?

I've been married many times, but have never experienced anything even close to the way they became to each other. It is what every man should have. I can only speak for men, but I'm sure it is the same for both. It's truely a dream come true for them, and I hope it's a true story. Thank you for writing it, I loved it.

Yes, I agree that many will not like this story because of the lack of sex but I really enjoyed the story which is more important to me. I find stories with just sex boring but I really enjoy when a person takes the time to give us a full story line.

Love the time you take to build the story, the relationship, how it works for unique individuals bringing their own experiences with them. My only suggestion is the part about the manic depressive, Janice. I was married to an MD for 22 years, I felt some of what you were saying, some of it was right, didn't feel the depth, but then my own experience was different, longer. She is the mother of my two kids, and that brings a whole other set if issues with it.

This is one of the best romantic, erotic stories I've ever read. Your characters seem so real that I feel I've known them for a long time. They don't just jump into bed and have gratuitous sex. Instead, they have an emotional and loving relationship before they head to bed. And heading to bed seems the most natural way to consummate their love for one another. A great story--I really enjoyed it.

Awwww. I'll never fully understand why people feel the need to tell their dates about their past exploits, though it works in this story.

I have read this, maybe several times and I continue to enjoy it. Many of its pluses have been addressed by previous commenters, one that is important to me and I think unaddressed before is the absence of stupid misunderstandings and/or conflict. In other places I have called that "stupid melodrama".

This was a nice story, one of the first I read where the couple took their time before having sex. I live in Louisville, so I was excited when I saw they were going to Louisville. Too bad his stuff got stolen there, but at least they made some great memories in our fair city!

To be honest I stumbled on this story while trying to find a story that I read a while back but don't remember who the author is or the title (I still haven't found it). I am glad I did because this story is amazing. It's always good to read a story with a good build up instead of jumping right into the sex.

Great story. Very well written. It reminded me of a bowling out with three of my friends in the early 60s, when we were still in high school. There were several girls in the next lane over and we struck up a conversation with the. Long story short. One of my friends ended up marrying one of those girls. Keep up the great writing.
