For a first story (or rather, first posted story, I'm assuming) this is really, really great. I didn't really know what to expect, but I'm glad I decided to check it out. You definitely have me interested in how things will work out. I guess, in some ways we already know the end result (otherwise, what would be the point?), we just don't know what's going to happen on the journey and that's what makes it so interesting.

This story makes me want to go camping and hiking!!!!
