Of all the abuses heaped upon him not getting payed for it somehow seems the most evil to me. Up until that point he had consented to an extend but that really turned the whole thing into rape. Just horrible and and it completely took me out of enjoying the fantasy of the story.

I agree with py168. This is the only chapter that felt awful to me. The sudden cruelty of it all is throwing me off kilter.
