As the title says, this is one of the best stories i have read so far, and i am glad there will be a second book

Cannot wait for book two. Loved this story. The Rich tapestry of people and events were wonderful.

This is my second read through this series, to remind me of the back story before I delve into the second book. Stupendous as always, I'm sure I will enjoy reading the next book of Danica and Co. I look forward to what you may write next. Keep up the good work.

I usually do not enjoy long stories but when i started reading this one i barely had the willpower to get off my chair to go eat, sleep , go to work ... :). Well i exaggerate a little but not much. I'll start reading Sisters of the Mist right now and i hope it will be as captivating as this one.

Danica's story is better written and conceived than 90% of the Fantasy work that is available, published or otherwise- so sincere thanks for sharing this with us.

This was the longest story I have read, it may be one of the longest on the site, that said I felt that this story could have easily been much shorter. The last 5 chapters were much better then the previous because of the change the characters began to show, until then this story was much like a video game, a series of tasks designed to level up a character. I lack strong opinions about this which is not a good thing. All said I am looking forward to the next series, this stroy kind of felt like a drawn out forward to the next tale.

I enjoyed every word of the series, I could not put it down!! I also enjoyed the length and detail of the stories. You are a wonderful writer, with an amazing imagination. Everything came out wonderfully and connected. I havent gotten a chance to write comments about the other stories, and I can't wait to start in Sisters of the Mist. I recently read that something awful had happen, I truly hope that you are getting through or got through that struggle, I pray strength and insight falls in your favor. You are a very gifted author and hope you don't abandon this gift due to grief and pain. Such a wonderful read.... Please Keep it up!

This is one of the VERY few I wish it were possible to award SIX stars to. An epic production and a great story. My many thanx also to Roust Writer who's labor has been appreciated throughout. I hate to be picky, but I am :( I get over it quickly, but I am bothered way more than I should be by even small errors. Because of some psycotropics I must use, it is much harder for me to read now than it has been and when interrupted by errors it slows me down even more. It is a chemical dyslexia and it makes my writing and reading laborius sometimes. This read, and all the rest of yours, Darkni, are easily worth the effort and I thank you again for your work, your creativity, and your willingness to share.

I loved this story! Thank you so much for sharing it. I don't normally read or enjoy sci fi but you've converted me. I could not put this story down once I started....literally the only time I stopped was when I was falling asleep or my bladder was ready to burst....my pizza delivery guy says thanks too I'm sure lol.

I'm dying to start the next book but debating as I have chores to do that I know won't get done if I start the next book.

I believe that you should seriously consider getting this published in mainstream. Fantastic story, great writing, wonderful characters, I can't say enough good things about it. I generally don't read sci-fi stories, and almost never get into series, especially ones that comprise 378,452 Lit pages. Oops, looks like you convinced me to break those those rules... Thank you!

The amount of time that's gone into this is freakin mind-blowing, so thanks again to your muse that brought it out of ya. This was a great read, and while a few things hit my 'squick' button, the rest of the storyline makes up for it.

Much like the spellcasting of your universe. You have taken bits and pieces of other authors works and built upon them to make something beautiful in its own right.

There are parts of Forgotten Realms , Dragonlance, the works of many fantasy writers and of course Tolkien here, but blended to make a truly tasty casserole that fills the belly of the mind...Well Done!

Bravo!! This first book was full of of sultry adventure and kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put it down. I also appreciate the editing as well as there were no mistakes that I found.
