Monsters playing D&D with Bigfoot as the DM! Wonderful! I don't think I've enjoyed a gaming reference this much since "As long as he doesn't start calling it a Miniature Giant Space Rabbit." in Champions Vol 2.

Lily is in my opinion the most interesting character in the HfHM series, and this chapter did a lot for her development. I was hope she is able to express her feelings to Mike's Dreamscape copy, if not the real Mike.

You have an apparently limitless—and delightful—imagination. I hope you have a long and successful career as a published author.

I was devastated to hear that Ana had passed away. I had a feeling though that we hadn't seen the last of Darren and co. I was more surprised about Bigfoot lol

The story is turning out really interesting. I loved it how you connected different stories of this universe into their journey - full of mysteries and surprises to unfold. Feels something like reading HP, LOTR/The hobbit or even an MCU movie.

I'm waiting to see how this arc ends up back to the HFHM house main story again.

Love how Lily and Mike are slowly coming more and more together. Could turn out to be really interesting. The Arachnids are a good link back to "Last of Her Kind" story. So a really good link to all your stories Annabella. Looks like you are creating a saga that is in my mind as good as the Tolkien and Hobbit series. I love your imagination and the way you give the characters such depth, one can really relate to them.

I'm pleased that you're doing justice to Aladdin's character. Disney version aside, I've never read a version of the Aladdin story where he has any redeeming qualities whatsoever - he's lazy, careless, and wasteful of his good fortune. I really hope you give him the messy fate he so dearly deserves!

Finally some Arachne action once again! I really could hardly wait for that after it was being hinted at a few chapters back. Although very sad that Ana died, I really wish there was more from her than the seven chapters in Last Arachne we got :(

Also very interesting to see Aladdins (rather steep) decline towards becoming Amir. Hopefully we see what happens to him and Lily after they flee their palace.

And thank God next chapter will be more Arachne fun. Looking forward to it :)

I loved the part in the story when Lily finally wakes up and sees "Dana was sitting on a metal chair in nothing but a white tank top and black panties. The table she sat at was big and round, and across from her were a pair of Arachne, who looked just as startled to see Lily as she was to see them. One of them was sitting in a complex hammock made of webs while the other one just stood there, holding a notebook in one of her hands and a glass of tea in the other. Standing on the table was a small imp who held a plastic die in each hand, and at the other end of the table was Bigfoot himself, sitting behind a large wooden screen that hid his portion of the table. She was conscious of the fact that everybody was staring at her." That was just hilarious and made me laugh...great story...5 stars.

It’s rewarding learning more about Lily and that she now has a piece of Mike’s soul. (Spoiler) I hope it grows just as with Cecilia. I should be able to finish D&H and get in to TLHK before the next chapter of HFHM is released (hopefully). Well done! Finn

Switched over to this after book 3 of HfHm, Loving the backstory of Lily and Amir, and the twist of him actually destroying all the greater djinn. And of course Bigfoot being a DM is just hilarious

well I wasn't expecting Dungeons & Dragons to come in here, but you put it in, in an amazing way, and I love how you made the arachnae nerds(at least they seem to be).

I still think Lily's scenes are the hottest, and that's saying something.

The dreamscape was interesting but Lily being back is better. Now we can get on with the Story.

I'd forgotten how much I've missed Darren, and for that matter, the rest of the Oregon family.

I'd also taken for granted the value of the dreamscape, from a literary point of view. I love how it gives a unique place for private exposition, revelations, and has been the site of some of the most touching moments in the series, but I'd better stop before I get ahead of myself.

Having been reading the main story line, I was completely surprised to find out that velvet was the younger sister. Did not read that way in the main story. Its been fun learning more about Lilly, though it does take away a bit of the mystery around her from the main story.

That was an amazing story. I liked the idea of Aladdin outsmarting the succubus and has an interesting way of overpowering a Djinn. Bigfoot playing D&D with a human and Arcane was something I didn't know I wanted to see.

I should’ve reread this long ago. Reading it before HFHM made me not understand some things. But still can’t say I’m sorry for that considering the lesbian sex between Dana and Lily has been WOW! If you’re not bisexual, you freaking well should be, Annabelle lol. Kinda hate the icky comments by straight guys who have an icky fascination with lesbian sex tho. And making me miss a certain someone all over again.
