I don't think you understood the use of the term prion. Prions are proteins which (at this point) are mainly known to cause CNS or brain disorders. It would be more likely that (if she did "catch a prion disease") it would invade her brain or CNS to cause her orgasms, not her clit. However, so far, the only communicable prion diseases that I know of are transmitted by cannibalism.
