The behaviour being touted is not exhibitionism per se, but an extreme pathological condition due to physical or mental disease or injury referred to as candaulism. Fantasy and erotica are one thing; exploiting a pathological mental disease is another, and really exceeds any license for erotica.

If you want to write some decent erotica, do the basic research and limit yourself to fantasies that are healthy, mature and realistic. Going off the deep end only satisfies like-disturbed individuals.
