I have read the whole story and still don't have any idea what is about.

I hate all the characters, so I'm giving up. It's too much trouble to follow this nest of snakes.

What kind of idiot quotes Sun Tzu while pointlessly antagonizing the FBI and convenient while simultaneously allowing a bunch of dirty gang rapists work for him. I realize he's using them as fodder, but that makes Casper useless to him and makes Daemon personally accountable for any law these airbags break. Stupid.
