Yes. Lucy IS a fucking hypocrite. It's that simple. How does Peter (or Becca) know that Lucy's husband's infidelity wasn't equally "cosmically ordained"? How? He doesn't/they don't. Lucy is a hypocritical asshole, plain and simple. Her husband is well rid of her. Good for him, I say, giving her a taste of her own medicine. Seems she disliked it.

Now I can finally read the rest. Sorry, but that pissed me off. Adultery is adultery. Even if the cosmos "ordains" it. I wonder if Peter would be so blase about it if the "cosmos ordained" that Becca (and maybe Lucy) was fated to fuck another man, passionately, decadently, whilst on vacation. I somehow doubt it.
