Thank you all for the wonderful words. I have the ending of this story finished, but I have been holding off on submitting it because it isn’t quite there yet. There is something missing and I’m just trying to figure out what. Matthew and Lily are always lurking in the dark spots of my mind.

After reading this story yet again I keep hoping to find yet more to read.

Wonderful series, that I genuinely hope you come back to finish. Probably the best Vampire series I’ve read here on Lit since I started lurking 6-7yrs ago, very few manage to convey the “feel” of the timescale involved with creatures that age doesn’t wither, but enhances.
