no not pregnant. you can search for incest/taboo, "pregnant".

if you read correctly this story is mainly about the sexual part, sexual adventures and not the lovey-dovey stuff other stories have. If it would've been lovey-dovey and somewhat appropriate, then yes get her pregnant why not.

but it adds absolutely nothing to the story...
