OUT-FUCKING-STANDING! As a 1994 alum, I and your protagonist are in the same boat, save for the fact that I did quiz bowl and advanced chorus. As a nerd, I was there with the SW and BSG references, but the Yub Nub song? AND Bev saying 'engage'? I laughed until I lost my boner. Great story so far... will there be some kind of resolution? Let Brendan use his powers to do good and get poor Carla off the street...
