The training of Pixie is still in progress, and here you give us the beginning of another intriguing saga. The Pixie persona is very similar to the one in the other series (it must be, because she is modeled after the author herself), but her emotional state is very different.

Pixie in training is a covert dominant disguised as a submissive schoolgirl. Here she is utterly submissive, guilt-ridden by feelings of conflict and jealousy. Even pseudo-incest comes into play, as Ruth assumes the role of both lover and adopted mother.

I am bracing myself for a deep dive. However, I also am delighted by the subtle hints of humor. I can't help interpreting randa, short for Miranda, as the female form of randy, and then of course thinking of randy as an adjective.

...sharkshark and OneAuthor. If it hadn't been for their comments I might have missed this because by the time I reached it, it was well-buried in the latest listings. This far, much more serious than most of your recent postings, so I've stuck my natural flippancy back behind the sofa where it belongs. Religious bigotry rears its ugly head and betrayal is almost as bad (I understand that Pixie knows what is going on but nevertheless Ruth's behaviour is still a form of betrayal). From first word to last (alpha and omega) this is a very promising look at human behaviour. You're certainly versatile in your writings.

From time to time, Pixie, I find myself mildly annoyed on your behalf. The generally low ratings awarded to your stories are ridiculous. Given the standard of your writing, they merit far higher. I guess a lot of readers just don't appreciate good work when they see it.

What a terrific story, Revealing, erotic and with a certain amount of pathos mixed in with it. It seems like Little Pixie is going through a self-discovery phase here. It would be interesting to know what happened with Randa and Little Pixie. Is there a chapter two? I'll have to check and see. Such an interesting dynamic with Randa and Little Pixie...a younger woman (Randa) with an older woman (Little Pixie) who she thinks is younger than her and treats her as such. Little Pixie is definitely someone who I would like to get to know better and understand her journey as a bright, sensitive woman. Well done!!!
